The Calm Before The Storm

"A 16 month old and a three week old" I said to my mother-in-law and her eyes widened ever so slightly and she gave a knowing nod.
She had been there, but her 16 month old was my husband and the three week old was his sister, Jodie.  Not to mention the older 4 kids! (and more to come!)
As we took the photos, commenting on how terrible the weather was, we had no idea how much worse it was to become.
I hope these beautiful babies bring a smile to your face.

Feel the Love

I don't think I could put down in words how much this little family mean to us.
Kev is my Dan's cousin and Ange has been my greatest friend since year 6.
Ange and I have laughed together and cried together, buried our fathers, stood next to each other at our weddings and rejoiced in the births of our children.
I can say without a doubt we will be in each other's lives till the end.
I was so happy to be able to get some shots for them when they were holidaying at Coolum.
Note that Mia is absent from the beach "frolicking" shots.  Try as we might, we just couldn't get her to come in. Not a beach person at all (I hate the beach, Kylie), but she is a funny little thing and I love her so all is forgiven.

Miss you already

Well, my sweet little muse is not far off leaving for Townsville and I will miss her chubby little cheeks and button nose terribly.
I have finally finished editing all her photoshoots and I'm so proud to have been able to capture these precious, fleeting moments of her life.
I can already see Mary-Anne sitting in Ma's rocking chair many, many years from now clutching onto the photos (and memories) of her first born child remembering the innocence of that sweet baby girl.

I hope you have enjoyed sharing Isabella's journey so far as much as I have.

Charlie Boy

This sweet little man is the second boy for good friends of ours and was lucky enough to fit in a photo shoot whilst we were in Toowoomba recently.
Oblivious to the two crazy boys in the other room (one being Brady) and the constant rain outside, he slept like an angel.
One little widdle at the end was the only trouble he caused!
I have had the best run lately, avoiding any poo, wee and vomit explosions.  I'm just waiting for my luck to run out and I know it's going to be a doosy when it does!
