I think Isabella was giving me a bit of the old "talk to the hand" by the end of her photo session!

I'm loving having all my beautiful nieces and nephews around to photograph but sadly this cute little lady will be heading off to Townsville soon to live.

Which means every time we see her she will have changed so much!

Camping Blog

I'm writing this post whilst sitting in the camper trailer listening to the rain

and as much as I love listening to the rain I'm ready for it to go away now!

Aren't my niece and nephew gorgeous!!??!!

They will be seasoned models with a very extensive portfolio by the time they are adults.

This little girl just lights up the room.

She was just a pleasure to photograph, always ready to smile and don't get me started on those eyes!

I thought we may have got just one sleepy pose (I was kidding myself really) but there was no way she was going to sleep....too much going on!

Her little cousin is arriving any day now so she will have a little playmate.

It's so wonderful to see our kids and their cousins playing and developing friendships and they have no shortage (eleven and counting!)

'Tis The Season...(to be jolly)

Our little friend Olivia getting into the spirit of Christmas.
I can't believe how fast December has crept up on me!
This time next week we'll be camping at Hasting's Point,
relaxing by the pool with our good friends and their three kids.
We have been there a few times now and it's so fantastic for kids, heaps to do!
We also love that there is a kids free pool, spa and sauna...heaven!

Better be off to organise myself for another bubby tomorrow.

I love all kinds of photography but for me nothing beats photographing a baby, they are just so innocent and pure and everything about them is just so beautiful.  As hard work as it can be, seeing the end result is worth all the pee and poo in the world!

Olivia's mum asked me to take some urgent photos of the family as her tooth was wobbly.

No big deal, I hear you say.....

I have loved this poem ever since I found it for Brady's birth announcement.  Anyone who has a little boy will understand how true it is!

I'm lucky enough to have two of them and it never ceases to amaze me how one minute they can be running around like banshees and the next they will come up and kiss me on the arm, with a quick "I love you mum".
